On the day we purchased our new 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from Toyota of Erie, our salesperson, Brad Harris, went above and beyond by picking us up at our home and driving us out to the dealership to complete our transaction. We’ve never experienced anything like it! We could tell he was also very experienced and patient, and carefully explained each and every detail. We would highly recommend him. Chais Bakuhn, Customer Relations Manager, was our first contact at Toyota of Erie. She has a very pleasant personality and really knows her stuff! After a few months, when we had difficulty installing the Toyota app, she walked us through it clearly and quickly over the phone. Great employee.

We have been looking for a new truck for over a year. It was all based on price, quality, and functionality. We test drove many and Toyota Tundra gave us the most of what we needed and wanted. The salesman was polite, honest, and worked with us on every detail, including my ridiculous expectation of a free t-shirt once the deal was about to close. We must even praise the gentleman who re-cleaned the sky light because the sales rep said we deserved a spotless new vehicle to drive out in. I would truly recommend stopping by this dealership as you are shopping, they have great products, good people, and the best financial options going. It will be worth it for you to just stop and see.

Quinn in service was awesome and compassionate to my situation. We lost our only key fob and he worked to resolve our issue as soon as possible after the fobs came in. He called several times to update me on the status. The receptionist was also very friendly and easy to talk with.

Kim in finance was awesome! Ryan the salesman was pretty incredible as well. Both very nice and easy to deal with. I gave 4 stars versus 5 based on the fact that the dealership had an entire week to detail the Tacoma before I got there. $50G's is a lot of money to spent on a vehicle. At least make it as perfect as possible by washing it thoroughly.

Salesman Trey kept us informed as delivery time got closer. Financier Mike was clear with what each piece of paperwork was for and what to do with it.

Bought a Subaru ascent less than a week ago just to find out there were zip ties holding a simple mudflap onto the car. Don’t be like me, take any used vehicle you plan on buying there to a mechanic before you buy. Having mine checked this week. Update: repair were made and all is well.

Was happy with the service i received. From the time I walked in to pulling away in my new car was 2.5hrs. I think that was the shortest time ever for me. One draw back was there wasn't much to choose from. As in color, trim and etc.

We were traveling through Erie and had car trouble. Met with Brett and Brian in service. They diagnosed the problem, showed us the worn parts and spent time explaining the various options. The best repair was expensive and a less expensive repair option wouldn't guarantee a fix on our Highlander which had 125,000 miles. We met with Mike Myers in sales to look at the option of buying a new car. Long story short, we left the dealership that day in a new RAV4. Wasn't expecting that would happen when we started our road trip from West Virginia to Michigan. Every single person we met at the dealership was nice, honest and professional. We were in a jam because we were on the road, away from home, and didn't have a functioning vehicle. We never felt like the dealership was trying to take advantage of us given our circumstance. We received a fair price for the new car and a good value for our trade in despite it's mechanical problems. We would recommend Toyota of Erie to anyone. Our only regret is that we live in West Virginia and wish the dealership was closer to us so we could use it all the time. Purchased a truck from them that had been hit by a plow after I said I’d buy it they were very understanding and provided great service. Furthermore when I discovered an exhaust leak they helped me out again by fixing it for free even though it was not covered under warranty. Excellent service and staff great dealership.

I had exceptional service at Toyota of Erie! Brett was able to get me a next day appointment and made the entire process smooth. The service team took their time to diagnose the problem and ensure that it was fixed correctly before I left. Trying several solutions took time but the lounge area was well stocked and comfortable for me to work from. I was updated several times on what they were working on and left completely satisfied. I can’t recommend the service department at Toyota of Erie enough!!

My wife and I just bought a new RAV4 here. Mike is a great salesman and a fun guy to be around. To be fair we didn't get there until the end of the day on Saturday and things had to happen quickly so I get it, everyone wants a weekend. Only giving four stars because the finance manager was too aggressive trying to sell us an extended warranty we clearly stated we didn't want 3 times. The sales staff tells you how great the vehicle is and how well made they are the the finance manager implies that it's going to fall apart after 36 months. You're kind of working against each other there.

Brett and the crew at the service department - Toyota of Erie are amazing. My Tundra TRD Pro left me stranded with an engine failure, a state away from home. They took it in, got me in a loaner, kept communication the whole way through, and got my Tundra back to new! They got it all done under warranty too! The team here is great, and I would recommend seeing them for all your Toyota needs!

Every time I go to Toyota of Erie, I have a good experience. The employees and managers are always friendly and greet you when you are there. They are also transparent about wait times, costs, and any advice regarding repairs. Their rates for oil changes and inspections are great. Also, they occasionally offer extra things free of charge like a hose-down of your car or a tire rotation. I appreciate Toyota of Erie and recommend them to anybody. Regardless if you own a Toyota or not, they will take care of you and your car.
